The project to merge the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of the two provinces of Ben Tre and Vinh Long (old) into the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Vinh Long province is necessary and appropriate to the practical requirements of reorganizing the association's activities in a streamlined and effective manner; improving the capacity to represent, connect, and support female entrepreneurs in the context of integration and digital transformation.
Facilitate the implementation of training programs, trade promotion, support for women's start-ups and improve business management capacity. After the merger, it is expected that the Vinh Long Women Entrepreneurs Association will have 160 members.

At the conference, delegates highly agreed with the project of merging and establishing a new Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Vinh Long province; at the same time, they contributed many more ideas for the organization to operate in an orderly, effective and legal manner.
