On the morning of May 25th, the People's Council of Tran Van Thoi Commune, term II, 2026-2031, held its second (special) session to consider and give opinions on the Commune People's Committee's proposal for the establishment of Tran Van Thoi Ward.

Comrade Nguyen The Chau, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Van Thoi Commune, delivered the opening speech at the meeting.
The entire commune currently has over 12,520 households. According to the summary report of the results of the public consultation on the project, the percentage of people who agree and support it is quite high, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
At the meeting, the leaders of the People's Committee of the commune approved the proposal for the establishment of a ward. Specifically, Tran Van Thoi Ward will be established based on the current natural area and population size of Tran Van Thoi Commune (natural area of 134 km², 38 hamlets, population of nearly 56,420 people). Currently, the commune has met all the standards of a ward-level administrative unit.
100% of the commune's People's Council delegates present at the meeting voted and unanimously approved the Resolution on the Proposal to Establish Tran Van Thoi Ward.
In a spirit of objectivity, democracy, and responsibility, the commune's People's Council representatives focused on discussing and contributing many practical ideas to the Project.
At the end of the session, 100% of the commune's People's Council delegates present voted and unanimously approved the Resolution on the Proposal to Establish Tran Van Thoi Ward.
This is a crucial turning point, creating a solid foundation for the locality to transform its urban landscape and promote socio -economic development in the new phase.
