Distinguished Physician, Dr. Tran Van Khanh, Director of Le Van Thinh Hospital, affirmed: The unit will continue to closely cooperate with Ca Mau to implement more practical charitable activities, aiming to improve the quality of healthcare for the people, especially vulnerable groups in society.

As one of the patients receiving support in this round, Mr. Tran Van Hau (Phu Quy hamlet, Thanh Tung commune) emotionally shared: “My eyesight has been blurry for a long time, making daily life and work difficult, but due to my limited financial resources, I haven't had the opportunity to seek treatment. Thanks to the concern of the local authorities and the doctors, I received free eye surgery, and I am very happy and grateful.”
Alongside the eye surgery program, on the morning of May 30th, Dam Doi commune also organized the third health check-up and screening program for residents at the commune's health station. With the support of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and MEDIC Thanh Vu Hospital in Ca Mau, the program is expected to run until June 1st, completing health screenings for 1,000 residents in the area.
