From May 17, 2025, all domestic flights of the airline will be transferred to terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat airport.

When booking air tickets on VNPAY App and banking applications, customers should carefully check flight information before booking to ensure a smooth and convenient trip:

👉 Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao, Rach Gia, Ca Mau still depart from terminal T1 as usual.

👉 VASCO and Pacific Airlines flights continue to operate at Terminal T1.

At T3 terminal, you will experience many new modern amenities such as:

✅ Self check-in counter

✅ Self bag drop

✅ Biometric authentication via VNeID app - saves you time, no paperwork, reduces contact while still being extremely safe.

Some notes for customers to have the best service experience at T3 terminal:

✨ Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before flight time

✨ Prioritize online check-in or at self-service kiosks at the airport to save time.
