Bach Dang 2 Bridge is nearly 1km long, of which the bridge is over 401m long, the bridge approach is over 544m long. The bridge has 4 lanes, designed speed of 80km/h. The total investment of Bach Dang 2 Bridge is over 490 billion VND, jointly implemented by the budgets of Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, said that the inauguration and putting into use of Bach Dang 2 Bridge contributes to completing the connecting traffic infrastructure system, developing freight transport; at the same time, opening up space for urban, commercial and service development for the two provinces and the whole Southeast region.
It is known that to effectively extend Bach Dang 2 Bridge, Dong Nai has completed upgrading and expanding the roads connecting to the bridge such as Huong Lo 7 and Huong Lo 9. Bien Hoa city's belt roads are completing design documents with a 60m road width, and the extended DT768B and DT768 routes are also being researched and built by Dong Nai to promote the effectiveness of the bridge.
On the side of Binh Duong province, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, said that the Bach Dang 2 Bridge put into use creates a smooth inter-regional traffic connection between Dong Nai - Binh Duong and other provinces and cities in the region; expanding connections to key national traffic infrastructure hubs. On that basis, it creates more important premises and motivation for the two provinces to continue to develop further in the coming time. Bach Dang 2 Bridge is one of the "gateways" to connect to Long Thanh airport. In addition to this bridge, Binh Duong province will continue to coordinate with Dong Nai and other provinces in the Southeast region to implement other regional connection projects such as adding bridges connecting to Tay Ninh, starting construction of the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, etc.

Also on September 23, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province held the inauguration ceremony of the Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang power road at the intersection between the power road and the Ho Chi Minh - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway (Tan Long commune, Phu Giao district). This project is an important link in completing the transportation system of the province and the region; creating favorable conditions for trade and transportation of goods, creating a favorable investment and business environment, attracting large projects, using modern technology, high quality investment in the province, contributing to making Binh Duong one of the most dynamically developing provinces in the country.
This is a beautiful 6-lane road, over 47.7km long, which will create new development space for the northern districts of Binh Duong province. The total investment of the project is VND 5,256 billion, of which land clearance is VND 1,531 billion. The construction project is divided into component projects, assigned to the People's Committees of the three districts where the project passes through, namely Bac Tan Uyen, Phu Giao, and Bau Bang, as investors./.
