The Prime Minister welcomed the contractors for clearly recognizing the importance of the project to Hanoi, as well as the current status of the project, thereby clearly defining responsibilities, increasing human resources and machinery to carry out construction during Tet. The Prime Minister said that the project has been delayed, so the Government is very concerned about speeding up the progress, not letting it continue to be delayed, because the longer it is delayed, the more capital will be added and the investment efficiency will be low.
