Affirming that the Vietnam - Saudi Arabia cooperation relationship is developing very well and still has much potential to promote cooperation, the Prime Minister suggested that the two economies strengthen connectivity, coordinate in organizing trade and investment promotion activities, prioritizing areas such as energy, finance and banking, and strengthen cooperation in new areas such as cooperation in production, processing of Halal products, digital transformation, etc.
In the field of trade, the Prime Minister suggested that both sides create conditions for each other's strong products to penetrate each other's markets; coordinate to promptly resolve difficulties in exporting Vietnamese farmed seafood to Saudi Arabia.
To facilitate enhanced cooperation, the Prime Minister suggested that the two sides increase delegation exchanges, people-to-people and cultural exchanges, share development experiences, and promote transport and aviation connections.

Minister Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim highly appreciated the achievements of the Vietnamese Government in economic management and development, affirming that he will closely coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Mines, Chairman of the Saudi Arabian side of the Vietnam - Saudi Arabia Intergovernmental Committee in the coming time to further deepen economic cooperation with Vietnam, especially in trade and investment.
He emphasized that the two countries can take advantage of each other's markets as a gateway to expand exports to other markets in the region.
The Minister expressed his wish to visit Vietnam soon in the near future and complete negotiations and sign cooperation documents with Vietnam's partners.
To achieve the above goals, the two sides agreed to study the establishment of joint economic working groups and soon organize the 5th meeting of the Joint Committee in the coming time and study to improve the effectiveness of this mechanism in reviewing and promoting bilateral cooperation.
