DNVN - FPT has just established a strategic partnership with ATEC, a Japanese automotive software development group with over 36 years of experience, to promote innovation in the automotive technology sector and develop safer, more connected, and smarter transportation solutions.

FPT and ATEC will jointly develop next-generation automotive software solutions, contributing to the sustainable growth of Japan's automotive technology ecosystem.

This collaboration aims to address pressing industry challenges, including the growing need for software development and the shortage of high-level personnel in the embedded systems and automotive technology fields. By combining the technological capabilities, development systems, and experienced engineering teams of both parties, FPT and ATEC expect to bring comprehensive, high-quality solutions to the market, especially in AUTOSAR technology and software-defined vehicles (SDV) for leading Japanese automotive manufacturers.

As part of the cooperation, the two parties also established a new Product and Solution Development Center (ODC) in Ho Chi Minh City, with plans for further expansion in the future.

This marks the first time ATEC has collaborated with a foreign partner to address the shortage of high-quality human resources and meet the needs of its expanding development. This collaboration also opens up opportunities for FPT to access ATEC's customer ecosystem, thereby strengthening its presence and competitiveness in a dynamic market like Japan.
