On June 12, in Hanoi, Vietnam National University, Hanoi coordinated with the Chinese Government Scholarship Committee to organize the China Higher Education Exhibition, within the framework of cooperation between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Chinese partners, and at the same time responded to the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year 2025.

Training high quality human resources

The exhibition provides Vietnamese students with the opportunity to access information about training programs, advanced learning environments and many attractive scholarships from China. Not only a bridge for studying abroad, the exhibition is also a forum for academic exchange and higher education cooperation between training institutions of the two countries, promoting joint initiatives in training high-quality human resources and scientific research.

In his opening speech, Vice President of Vietnam National University, Hanoi Dao Thanh Truong expressed his delight at the official and effective cooperation with the Chinese Government Scholarship Committee, and hoped that through the exhibition, more student and lecturer exchange programs, joint research projects and other diverse forms of cooperation would be established, contributing to improving the quality of higher education in both countries.

Deputy Director Dao Thanh Truong also expressed his hope that the new cooperative relationships formed at the Vietnam-China Education Cooperation Roundtable Exhibition and Conference taking place on June 13 will not only be limited to the field of education, but also expand to science and technology, innovation and knowledge transfer to meet the development needs of society and businesses.

On this occasion, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Nanjing University and Sunwah Group will also sign a cooperation agreement in the fields of education, culture and youth exchange. Accordingly, the three parties will coordinate to organize student and lecturer exchange programs; organize academic seminars, forums and seminars in areas such as natural sciences, engineering, artificial intelligence, information and communication technology, environment and sustainable development. At the same time, cultural and academic exchange activities, research cooperation, innovation and leadership training for youth will be implemented synchronously.

Vietnam National University, Hanoi has also signed a cooperation agreement with Shandong University and Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd., aiming to establish a long-term and stable relationship, implementing comprehensive cooperation in human resource training, scientific research, training program development, resource sharing, and supporting human and intellectual resources for the socio-economic development of Vietnam and China.

The fact that leading educational institutions in Vietnam and China proactively connect and expand cooperation is a clear demonstration of the "four-party" cooperation model: the State, schools (Hanoi National University, Nanjing University, Shandong University), businesses and the community. This is a model that effectively promotes the combined strength of the Resolutions of the Central Committee, the Government and the National Assembly of Vietnam on promoting science and technology, innovation and training high-quality human resources.
