Overview of the reception

In summary, Director of the Department of International Cooperation Le Ngoc Tuan emphasized that Vietnam has been making efforts on the path of green growth. The results achieved in recent times, besides the efforts of the Government and people, also have the support of the international community, including Australia.

In the coming time, to achieve the goals that Vietnam has committed to the international community, Vietnam needs policy support and investment resources to fill the "gap" in environmental protection and climate change adaptation.

“Through the young Australian parliamentarians, we want to convey the message: Vietnam is responsibly implementing its commitments to the international community. We hope to receive support in technology transfer and share experience in policy making to better address environmental, resource and climate issues. This is a cooperation for the common benefit of the two governments and peoples,” said Director Le Ngoc Tuan./.
