
Da Nang City Tax has signed a media cooperation agreement with three press agencies, including Da Nang Newspaper and Radio and Television.
According to the agreement, the parties will coordinate to disseminate and popularize tax policies and procedures to business households. The cooperation also includes guidance on the implementation of accounting regimes, providing supporting documents and tools, and resolving problems to accompany business households throughout the transition from lump-sum tax payment to the declaration method.
Press agencies will step up extensive propaganda to the people, especially business households and individuals, about the roadmap to eliminate lump-sum tax from January 1, 2026 to completely switch to electronic declaration methods according to regulations.
The objective of this activity is to raise awareness, create social consensus, and help people and businesses transition smoothly. Information will be conveyed promptly through short, easy-to-understand news articles, reports, and videos , ensuring that people can access the new tax policy quickly and accurately.

In addition, Da Nang City Tax also signed cooperation agreements with technology solution providers, tax agents and commercial banks.
At the media signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Duc Thuong, Deputy Head of Taxation of Da Nang City, said that eliminating lump-sum tax and switching to the declaration method is an important political task of the tax sector.
To realize this goal, the City Tax has launched the plan "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households" throughout the area.
The tax authority commits to accompanying business households throughout the conversion process by proactively preparing technical infrastructure, innovating management methods and synchronously implementing solutions such as: updating guidance documents, organizing professional training, supporting electronic invoices and promptly answering all questions.
Mr. Thuong also emphasized that for the transformation process to be effective, the tax industry needs close coordination from digital technology solution providers and the accompaniment of media agencies.
