On December 17, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang City said that it had received reports from 135 enterprises on salary results in 2024 and expected bonus plans for the New Year and Lunar New Year in 2025.

Accordingly, regarding salary in 2024, in the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the highest salary is more than 369.4 million VND/month, and the lowest salary is more than 4.3 million VND/month.

Regarding the 2025 Tet bonus, single-member LLCs with 100% state capital will receive the highest 2025 New Year bonus of VND35 million and the lowest VND300,000; the highest Lunar New Year bonus of At Ty is VND46 million and the lowest is VND2 million.

Joint stock enterprises with State capital contributions will have the highest bonus for the 2025 New Year's Eve, 17 million VND, the lowest, 200,000 VND; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year, 220 million VND, the lowest, 1 million VND.

The highest bonus for private enterprises for the 2025 New Year is 1.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year is 700 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

Foreign-invested enterprises will give the highest bonus for the 2025 New Year's Eve, 223 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year, 2025, is 475.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND.
