The highest Tet bonus in Da Nang is over 700 million VND.

The highest New Year's bonus in Da Nang in 2025 was 223.1 million VND, belonging to the foreign-invested enterprise sector, while the highest Lunar New Year bonus in the Year of the Snake (2015) was 700 million VND, belonging to the domestic private enterprise sector.

On December 17th, the Da Nang Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs announced that it had received reports from 135 businesses regarding salary results for 2024 and projected plans for bonuses for the New Year and Lunar New Year (Year of the Snake) in 2025.

Accordingly, regarding salaries in 2024, in the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the highest salary was over 369.4 million VND/month, while the lowest salary was over 4.3 million VND/month.

Regarding Tet bonuses for 2025, state-owned limited liability companies will offer a maximum New Year's bonus of 35 million VND and a minimum of 300,000 VND; and a maximum Lunar New Year bonus of 46 million VND and a minimum of 2 million VND.

State-owned joint-stock companies will give New Year's Day bonuses in 2025 ranging from a maximum of 17 million VND to a minimum of 200,000 VND; and Lunar New Year bonuses in 2025 ranging from a maximum of 220 million VND to a minimum of 1 million VND.

Private businesses are offering New Year's Day bonuses for 2025 ranging from a maximum of 1.5 million VND to a minimum of 100,000 VND; Lunar New Year bonuses for the Year of the Snake range from a maximum of 700 million VND to a minimum of 200,000 VND.

Foreign-invested enterprises will give New Year's Day bonuses in 2025 ranging from a maximum of 223 million VND to a minimum of 100,000 VND; Lunar New Year bonuses will range from a maximum of 475.5 million VND to a minimum of 100,000 VND.
