Chairman of the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association Pham Van Chinh said: According to Decree No. 52/2018/ND-CP of the Government on rural industry development, there is an ornamental plant production and trading profession. For the first time, the Party and the State recognized ornamental plant production and trading as a rural industry. Therefore, the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association has a long-term development orientation.
