Tien Linh has knee pain, Mr. Kim is worried
During the afternoon practice session on March 21, striker Tien Linh suddenly had to leave the field due to knee pain. Preliminary examination showed that he was lucky not to have suffered any ligament damage.
However, it is quite painful for the 2024 Vietnam Golden Ball. This will make the possibility of the Binh Duong Club captain playing before the next match of the Vietnam team open.

In the friendly match with Cambodia on March 19, coach Kim Sang-sik did not use Tien Linh from the start. The Vietnamese team started with the attacking trio of Tuan Hai, Quang Hai and Hai Long.
After leading 2-0 in the first half thanks to 2 goals by Hai Long (minute 26) and Tuan Hai (minute 36), in the second half, Mr. Kim took Tuan Hai out and sent Tien Linh onto the field.
In the 85th minute, striker Dinh Thanh Binh was used to replace Van Thanh. It was also added that the Ninh Binh club striker had previously had to practice separately with Tien Linh because of pain.
Tien Linh's unexpected injury will force the Vietnamese team's coaching staff to make careful calculations to achieve the sole goal of keeping all 3 points at Binh Duong Stadium, in the race for tickets to the 2027 Asian Cup with Laos, Malaysia, and Nepal.
