Received 537 units of blood on the voluntary blood donation day

QTO - On September 24, in Le Thuy commune, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation (VBD) of Quang Tri province coordinated with the Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi Friendship Hospital to organize the 2025 VBD festival.

With the message "Donate blood to save lives - your life and mine", the 2025 Blood Donation Festival attracted more than 500 cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, youth, armed forces and people in the communes of Le Thuy, Tan My, Truong Phu, and Le Ninh to participate.

As a result, the festival received 537 units of blood, ensuring safety and quality. The 2025 Blood Donation Festival is a humanitarian activity with profound humanistic meaning, and at the same time an opportunity for volunteers to show their noble deeds to the community, overcoming the shortage of blood in emergency and treatment of patients at medical facilities.
