In recent days, organizations and individuals in Ho Chi Minh City have continued to contribute to support people in provinces and cities affected by storms and floods.

* Mr. Phan Cong Vinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phu Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), said that in response to the call, on the afternoon of November 4th, a business located in the area donated 50 million VND to support people in provinces and cities affected by the recent storms and floods.

As of November 5th, the total amount of donations from organizations and individuals through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phu Ward is over 700 million VND.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Long Giang, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Giao Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), said that the unit conducted fundraising in two phases. The results of the first phase showed that over 493 million VND was transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

In the second phase, individuals and organizations have donated and transferred over 1.2 billion VND to the Thuan Giao ward's relief fund account.

* On November 5th, in an interview with a reporter, Ms. Duong Ngoc Hang Nga, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Khanh Ward, stated that the unit received donations from organizations and individuals to support people affected by storms and floods in two phases. To date, they have received over 330 million VND.
