Heartbreaking revelation about HAGL foreign player who just passed away due to accident

Striker Paollo Oliveira died in a traffic accident.

After the away match at SLNA (HAGL's final match of the 2023 season), two other HAGL foreign players flew back home to enjoy their vacation.

Because his family was still in Gia Lai , Paollo and a few members returned to the Mountain City. After landing at Buon Ma Thuot airport, this group of members was picked up by the club's car and had an accident while returning to the headquarters in Ham Rong.

Notably, before the accident, Paollo Oliveira had made an appointment with his family to return to his hometown in Brazil to rest on August 15.

But before he could fulfill his promise, Paollo Oliveira died.

For those who regularly follow V-League, the striker born in 1996 is probably no stranger.

In the 2022 season, he joined Ha Tinh Club, scoring 8 goals in 23 appearances, making a great contribution to helping the central team stay in the league.

After the 2022 season ended, due to not being able to agree on terms with the home club, the Portuguese star decided to leave.

Not long after, he caught the eye of coach Kiatisak and was brought to Pleiku Stadium before the start of V-League 2023.

Right in the first season, the striker born in 1996 scored 6 goals after 17 appearances and became the number 1 "explosive" of the mountain town team.

Paollo Oliveira is highly regarded for his aerial ability as he is 1m85 tall.

Besides, HAGL's foreign player can also finish well with both feet and has the ability to sweep.

Before coming to Vietnamese football, Paollo Oliveira played for two clubs, Farense and Estrela, in Portugal.

Although he has only played football in Vietnam for two seasons, Paollo Oliveira has left a good impression on fans.

His sudden passing will certainly leave regret and sorrow in the hearts of Vietnamese football fans in general and HAGL in particular.
