In the first quarter of 2023, despite carrying out many important political tasks, officers and soldiers of Military Control Battalion 103, Hanoi Capital Command still did a good job of preparing for training, seriously and effectively implementing the training plan, with the number of troops participating in training reaching over 98%.

The training content focuses on military control skills; violation handling methods; training in team regulations; and ceremonial training. Along with that, the Battalion also implements political education content to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of cadres and party members about the tradition of the Capital's armed forces and the tasks of the Hanoi Capital Command in 2023; organizes the implementation of the Campaign "Management and exploitation of good, durable, safe, economical and traffic-safe technical weapons and equipment" in the unit.
