In fact, the average growth rate of the processing and manufacturing industry in Quang Ninh province during the 2021-2025 period is estimated at 23% per year, serving as the main growth driver throughout the term. Total FDI attracted during the 2021-2025 period is estimated at US$9.77 billion, 5.1 times higher than the 2016-2020 period, with the processing and manufacturing industry accounting for over 68.5%. Large-scale industrial chains with international competitiveness have begun to take shape, such as: automobile and electric vehicle manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic equipment assembly, and high-tech textiles…

Building on its achievements, Quang Ninh continues to promote investment attraction in the industrial sector, especially high-tech processing and manufacturing industries. A positive sign is that in recent times, many large investors and businesses have come to Quang Ninh to explore investment opportunities. Notably, the delegation from the Korean Business Association in Vietnam is interested in researching investment in several sectors such as industry, industrial parks, and projects with potential suitable for the province's development. They are also seeking information on policies, mechanisms, and the province's support for investors. Russian and international investors have proposed researching investment in new generation wind power technology (closed-loop short-blade turbines); technology for converting lignite into petroleum; and have also suggested dredging several maritime channels in the province. Pacific Construction Group (China) wishes to participate in infrastructure development projects in the province, especially in investing in transportation infrastructure construction.

In particular, TCL Technology Group wishes to continue researching and investing in new projects in Quang Ninh in the coming time. This group has already invested in 6 projects, of which 4 have been completed and are operational in Dong Mai Industrial Park, with a total investment of nearly 300 million USD. These projects are developing steadily, providing employment for over 8,000 workers, contributing to the overall results of the Group and the development of Quang Ninh province.

Addressing investors and businesses seeking investment opportunities in Quang Ninh, provincial leaders emphasized that Quang Ninh has been and is creating the best conditions and most favorable environment for businesses and investors, especially foreign investors, to develop in the province, with the spirit that "The strong development of businesses is also the development of Quang Ninh province."

Quang Ninh province identifies attracting investment from large corporations as a key factor. Therefore, the province will always pay attention to, support, and create the best investment environment for domestic and foreign businesses to explore, research, and invest, especially in priority areas such as processing and manufacturing industries, clean energy, renewable energy, industrial development, high technology, services, trade, seaports, border gates, logistics; safe agriculture linked to deep processing for export; high-tech infrastructure, information technology, tourism, trade, transportation... This will help realize the goal of green and sustainable economic development, energy transition, and a circular economy.

Quang Ninh province aims for economic growth exceeding 14% in 2025, laying the groundwork for an average annual growth rate of 12% in the 2026-2030 period; and for the processing and manufacturing industry to contribute over 18% to the province's GRDP. To achieve this important goal, attracting large investors and businesses to the province is a crucial factor, contributing to both provincial growth and job creation, ensuring social security.
