Kyle Walker joins Premier League newcomer
Veteran defender Kyle Walker has passed a medical to officially join Burnley from Man City for a total fee of around £5 million (equivalent to 6.4 million USD). The 35-year-old star is expected to sign a 2-year contract with the Turf Moor team.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Burnley will only have to pay the full amount if Walker plays at least 70% of the matches and helps the team stay in the Premier League 2025/26.
Arsenal trying to keep Nwaneri
According to The Athletic, Arsenal are in talks to extend the contract of young talent Ethan Nwaneri. The 18-year-old winger signed a professional contract last year and his current deal expires next summer.
Despite being a relative newcomer to the first team, the England U21 international has already made 37 appearances and scored nine goals in the 2024/25 season. Nwaneri has expressed his desire to continue his development at the Emirates Stadium under the guidance of coach Mikel Arteta.
Aston Villa part ways with Coutinho
Aston Villa have confirmed that midfielder Philippe Coutinho has moved to Vasco da Gama (Brazil). The former Liverpool star had an impressive performance on loan from Barcelona in 2022, forcing Villa to spend nearly £20 million (about 25.6 million USD) to buy him outright.

“Everton is a club I have always loved and been proud to play for for the past eight years. Therefore, I am very happy to continue my commitment to the team,” the 32-year-old centre-back shared.
Osimhen has not yet determined a new destination
Striker Victor Osimhen has yet to decide on his future despite interest from many clubs. His high salary has discouraged many teams.
Galatasaray are the closest suitors and are expected to meet Osimhen's representatives next week for negotiations.
The Nigerian striker has also been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United, but is still waiting for a suitable offer before leaving Napoli.
Meanwhile, Napoli are considering competing with Man United and Al-Qadsiah Club (Saudi Pro League) in the race to sign Fiorentina striker Moise Kean.
