Hanoi renovates and rebuilds old apartment buildings: Speeding up the progress of detailed planning
From the first months of 2025, under the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, a series of old apartment buildings in Hanoi will have to submit for approval the task of making detailed plans at a scale of 1/500. This is the basis for implementing the following contents according to the process of renovating and rebuilding old apartment buildings in the capital.
In order to achieve the progress set for 2025, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Architecture Nguyen Ba Nguyen said that he will continue to urge and grasp the progress, implementation status as well as difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementation by the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to synthesize, report and speed up the progress of detailed planning of old apartment buildings in accordance with the direction of the City People's Committee.
