Vinh Phuc province supports 3 billion VND to help Phu Tho overcome the consequences of storms and floods

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Phuc province, Chairwoman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Bui Thi Thu Hang presented a donation of 3 billion VND; at the same time, sent her condolences, deep encouragement and wished that Phu Tho province would soon recover its socio-economic development, and that people would soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Vinh Phuc province donated 3 billion VND to help people in Phu Tho province overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

Sharing about the damage caused by storms and floods in the area, Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Hai said: Storm No. 3 and its circulation caused flooding and landslides in many places, affecting all aspects of people's lives and production, many infrastructure works were damaged; estimated damage to date is about 950 billion VND.

With sincere gratitude for the sentiment of "mutual love and affection" and the solidarity of Vinh Phuc province, brothers who have contributed more resources to help Phu Tho province overcome the consequences of natural disasters, Mr. Nguyen Hai affirmed that from the supporting funding sources, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has promptly provided initial support to 13 districts, cities and towns and will continue to review and survey to ensure public, transparent, and correct allocation to the right subjects, helping people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

During September 19-20, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also received support from many other units: Phu Tho Association in the Czech Republic 268.5 million VND; Phu Tho Water Supply Joint Stock Company 200 million VND; Viet Tri Paper Joint Stock Company 150 million VND; Dong Phuong Bank ( OCB ) 100 million VND; Herrhil Charm Company 100 million VND; Dong Won Glove Company 100 million VND; State Bank of the province 50 million VND; Provincial Inspectorate 35 million VND; Department of Justice 26 million VND; Hung Temple Historical Relic Site 25 million VND; Provincial Party Committee of Agencies 20 million VND; Phuong Dinh Commune Government - Dan Phuong District - Hanoi 20 million VND.
