The content of the training program and training materials according to the standards of civil servant job titles, professional training and training according to job position requirements in the field of journalism and publishing continue to use the framework program and training materials issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications (before the merger).
The printing, issuance and management of training certificates according to professional title standards for civil servants, professional training and training according to job position requirements in the fields of journalism and publishing shall comply with current legal regulations on training and training.
