The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Decision No. 4214/QD - BVHTTDL on organizing Vietnam Happy Fest 2025. Accordingly, the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize.

Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is not only a series of activities, but also a journey of experience and artistic discovery . The overall idea of the event is the Road of Happiness with a planned journey of 14 activities, starting from Le Thai To Street to Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hang Khay Street and ending at the stage at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square.
In particular, the "Happiness in Every Moment" Cinema Room will bring simple perspectives on happiness through many films: from family happiness, favorite work, dedication, creative passion to moments of immersing oneself in the country and people of Vietnam. Through that, viewers will realize that happiness is not far away, but is the simple moments that always exist around us.
Road to Happiness - an exhibition of outstanding photography works participating in the award from 2023 to present around Hoan Kiem Lake, arranged by theme with each aspect of happiness in life: Coming home is happiness, The happiest job, Art creates happiness, Happiness in sports...
Attendees also had the opportunity to experience the automatic photo booths, where each photo is not only a memory, but also a moment of faith and pride in a happy Vietnam.
In particular, the Vietnam Happy Concert 2025 will be an art party where the image of "Happy Vietnam" shines before international friends.
During the Festival, there will also be a seminar on "Happiness", where speakers with a large following, inspirational figures about happiness or famous young faces in all professions share about their never-ending journey, spreading positive things that create happiness...
