CEP Microfinance Institution summarizes activities in 2024

- On the afternoon of January 21, CEP Microfinance Organization - Long Xuyen Branch held a conference to summarize activities in 2024 and deploy activities in 2025. On this occasion, many individuals were awarded for their positive contributions to providing capital for poor workers to create jobs for themselves.

In 2024, with the attention and professional support from the Headquarters, the State Bank of Vietnam, An Giang branch, and all levels of trade unions... The team of collaborators and employees of CEP are always diligent, dedicated, constantly striving and creative in their work, contributing to promoting the unit's activities. In particular, the results of credit and savings activities increased compared to the plan, specifically 514 clusters and units (an increase of 187) provided loans to 5,569 customers (an increase of 485 customers) compared to the annual plan.

In addition, customer care is also given attention, especially social security. The unit has awarded 41 scholarships, 150 gifts to studious students; 373 Tet gifts and repaired and built 3 new houses, with a total value of over 426 million VND.

In 2025, the unit will strengthen customer development; control debt well; further improve the management capacity of cluster leaders and collaborators... strengthen inspection and supervision of cluster activities. Strengthen inspection and supervision to improve credit discipline...
