Delegation group No. 11 of the Provincial People's Council met with voters in Duong Hong and Yen Cuong communes.

On November 24, Delegation Group No. 11 of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, led by Ms. Pham Thi Hong Yen, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Me commune (Group Leader); together with Mr. Bui Van Tuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Ms. Thao Thi Lien, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, met with voters before the 2nd session of the Provincial People's Council in Duong Hong and Yen Cuong communes.

Delegation group No. 11 of the Provincial People's Council presented 6 gifts to 6 poor households in Yen Cuong and Duong Hong communes.

At the conference, the delegation informed voters about the province's socio -economic development situation in 2025; the results of implementing the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council in the fields of socio-economic development, national defense and security. At the same time, they reported the expected content and program of the second session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

Voters of the two communes expressed their agreement with the results achieved by the province in recent times, and at the same time raised many opinions and recommendations related to people's lives. These included proposals to invest in infrastructure, upgrade commune headquarters; repair and upgrade inter-village and intra-village roads; invest in the national grid and solidify the canal system to serve production.

Representatives of Delegation Group No. 11 of the Provincial People's Council received and recorded voters' opinions and compiled them to send to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

Many voters of Duong Hong commune reported that the old Duong Hong intersection on National Highway 280 does not have a drainage system, causing flooding of rice fields during heavy rains, and requested the province to soon invest in a sewer system to ensure traffic safety and production. Voters also requested to quickly fix the large landslide at the Nam Vang stream bridge area (bordering Na Phieng village and Doc Lap village), which poses a potential risk to traffic safety.

Voters of Yen Cuong commune made recommendations and proposals at the voter meeting.

Voters of Yen Cuong commune requested the province to pay attention to supplementing funding for schools lacking foreign language teachers; supporting veterinary vaccination costs; increasing doctors and medicine for commune health stations; and considering the policy of decentralizing staff recruitment to meet task requirements at the grassroots level.

The meeting took place democratically and frankly. Delegation Group No. 11 of the Provincial People's Council received and fully recorded the opinions of voters and compiled them to send to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution. The contents under local authority were answered by the leaders of the communes right at the conference.
