As a typical unit in 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Party Cell of the Organization Department and the Political Department flexibly applied the model of "4 Good Party Cells" (complete tasks well; good quality of activities; good solidarity, good discipline; good cadres and party members) - bringing about clear results in practical work. In particular, promoting the role of individual party members in performing tasks; regularly reviewing, evaluating, and proposing specific solutions, with the goal of creating a strong change in studying and following Uncle Ho.

"The Party Committee always urges and guides cadres and party members to proactively study newly issued directives and instructions from superiors; advises the Party Committee and unit commanders to issue leadership and direction documents to ensure they are timely and in line with the requirements of political tasks. Notably, it advises the City Military Party Committee to issue resolutions to lead the implementation of local military and defense tasks; proactively builds software to manage party member databases, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of Party administrative management and Party and political work activities of the city's armed forces," Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Trinh, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Organization Department, shared.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Truong Viet Hai, Political Commissar of the City Military Command, over the past years, agencies and units have linked the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" with the emulation movement to win, patriotic emulation in localities and units. Thanks to that, the results achieved are quite comprehensive in all areas of work. The clear effectiveness is demonstrated through the determination to well implement breakthroughs, improve the quality of task performance, and successfully complete local military and defense tasks. At the same time, improve the quality of training, competitions, sports, and exercises of the armed forces; promote initiatives and technical improvements in performing the tasks of the unit. The construction and replication of good models and creative ways of doing things in practice bring many practical and effective meanings.

Over the past 10 years, the armed forces have not been afraid of difficulties, hardships, and sacrifices, all for the people, promptly present in difficult places, being the shock force, the core, successfully completing the tasks of preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, epidemics, searching and rescuing. Mobilizing tens of thousands of working days, repairing and renewing hundreds of kilometers of inter-village concrete roads, intra-field canals; renewing and repairing thousands of houses for the subjects; planting more than 500 hectares of protective forests, more than 15,000 trees to create shade for schools and communities; organizing hundreds of mass mobilization trips to remote areas to help people develop the economy , examine and provide medicine for policy subjects and the people. Thereby, tightening the relationship of solidarity, close ties with the people, building an increasingly solid "people's heart position", spreading the beautiful image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era.

Replicating and promoting the effectiveness of models

Colonel Hoang Van Nhan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the City Military Command, informed: In order for the contents of studying and following Uncle Ho to achieve the highest efficiency, the City Military Party Committee always focuses on innovating propaganda and political and ideological education in the direction of "slowly permeating" into the awareness, thoughts, actions and becoming a regular and voluntary work of each cadre and soldier. The experience drawn after 10 years of implementing Directive 05 of the City Military Party Committee is to always maintain and strengthen the leadership and direction role of Party committees and commanders at all levels, making studying and following Uncle Ho an essential need and a regular task of cadres and party members; promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", effectively mobilizing the combined strength of organizations and forces, promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge, commanding and managing at all levels in each agency and unit; strengthening inspection, supervision and strictly handling negative manifestations and violations during the implementation process.

To continue to bring Directive 05 into greater depth, the Party Committee and the City Military Command determined to continue to implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee on "Strengthening Party building and rectification, repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party". At the same time, focus on building and promoting the effectiveness of good models, creative and effective ways of doing things and creating a strong spread to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style a regular activity, increasingly going into depth and with real effectiveness.
