General Secretary To Lam attends the 8th Central Party Congress of the Public Security

On the morning of October 4, the 8th Congress of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, term 2025-2030, solemnly opened in Hanoi with the participation of 350 outstanding delegates.

In his speech directing the Congress, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the outstanding results of the Central Public Security Party Committee in the past term have been recognized and highly appreciated by the Politburo. On behalf of the Party and State leaders, the General Secretary congratulated and commended the great results and achievements that the Party Committee and the People's Public Security force have achieved in the past 5 years.

The General Secretary welcomed the Public Security Party Committee for frankly acknowledging four groups of existing problems and limitations that need to be overcome./.
