On the morning of October 4, at the Hall of the Ministry of Public Security ( Hanoi ), the 8th Congress of the Central Public Security Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, opened. General Secretary To Lam attended and directed the congress.

The 8th Congress of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security is an event of special significance, affirming the growth and maturity of the People's Public Security force after 80 years of building, fighting and growing under the leadership of the Party.

This is also a milestone opening a new chapter in the development of the Party Committee and the entire People's Public Security force, all for the successful implementation of the Party's strategic goals, for "peace, stability, sustainable development, high quality and improvement of all aspects of people's lives".
