According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 a.m. on November 30, the storm's center was located at about 13.8 degrees North latitude, 112.2 degrees East longitude, in the northwest sea area of ​​the central East Sea.

The strongest wind near the storm's center reached level 9, gusting to level 11. The storm moved slowly in a North-Northeast direction at a speed of about 3 km/hour, creating dangerous weather conditions in many sea areas.

It is forecasted that by 4:00 a.m. on December 1, the storm will be at about 14.4 degrees North latitude; 112.3 degrees East longitude, about 340 km from the eastern coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm's intensity remains unchanged, the strongest wind remains at level 9, gusting to level 11; the direction of movement shifts to the North at a speed of about 3 km/hour.

By 4:00 a.m. on December 2, the storm had shown signs of weakening. The center of the storm was located at approximately 13.9 degrees North latitude; 114.4 degrees East longitude, approximately 230 km from shore. Winds decreased to level 8, gusting to level 10; the storm changed direction to move West Southwest at a speed of 3-5 km/h.

At 4:00 a.m. on December 3, the storm continued to weaken as it moved closer to land. The center of the storm was at about 13.2 degrees North latitude; 110.3 degrees East longitude, about 120 km from the shore. Wind near the center decreased to level 6, gusting to level 8; the direction of movement remained West Southwest at a speed of 5-7 km/h.

In the past hours, the North East Sea area, including the Hoang Sa sea area, has experienced strong Northeast winds of level 7, gusting to level 9. At Ly Son island, strong winds of level 7, gusting to level 8 were recorded. The Northwestern sea area in the middle of the East Sea currently has strong winds of level 7, the area near the storm center is strong at level 8-9, gusting to level 11. Waves are 3-5 m high, especially near the storm center reaching 5-7 m; the sea is very rough.

In addition, the offshore sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa is also being affected by the storm circulation, with strong northeast to north winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9; waves 3-5 m high, rough seas.

The meteorological agency warns that vessels operating in dangerous areas should be absolutely aware of the possibility of thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds and large waves, and proactively take precautions to ensure safety.

Central Highlands: Cloudy, sunny during the day, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. Northeast wind level 2-3.
