In the first 9 months of the year, total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue is estimated at VND 10,078.20 billion, up 14.8% over the same period last year, reaching 75.4% of the plan.

Total retail sales of goods and consumer services revenue reached 75.4% of the yearly plan.

Of which, retail sales of goods reached VND 7,792,582 billion, up 13.9% over the same period last year; revenue from accommodation and food services reached VND 1,618,949 billion, up 20.1%; tourism and travel reached VND 26,042 billion, up 127.6%; other services reached VND 640.63 billion, up 10.68%.

In September, total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue were estimated at VND1,188,708 billion, up 0.2% over the previous month and 23.8% over the same period last year. Of which, retail sales of goods were estimated at VND923.91 billion, up 0.23% over the previous month and 22.05% over the same period. Revenue from accommodation and catering services was estimated at VND187 billion, up 1.08% over the previous month and 39.44% over the same period. Revenue from tourism services was estimated at VND4.3 billion, down 4.43% over the previous month and 4.13 times higher than the same period. Revenue from other consumer services was estimated at VND73.59 billion, down 2.73% over the previous month and up 7.4% over the same period.
