The UAE President is expected to meet his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries, with a focus on further promoting economic cooperation and supporting regional stability.
According to regional observers, strengthening relations with Gulf countries will be high on President Erdogan's agenda as he seeks to boost ties and attract investment to Turkey, which is facing a stagnant economy and a weakening lira.
