Hai Duong and Chi Linh cities hold ceremonies to honor heroic martyrs

Hai Duong City leaders, delegates and people observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, heroic martyrs and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

At the Hai Duong City Martyrs' Memorial, with deep respect and gratitude, Hai Duong City leaders, delegates, people and youth respectfully bowed to remember President Ho Chi Minh , revolutionary predecessors, heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the Fatherland and the people; expressed their infinite sorrow at the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, a loyal, exemplary and talented communist soldier who devoted his whole life to serving the Fatherland and the people.

During the wars for national independence and to protect the Fatherland, Hai Duong City had nearly 3,400 outstanding people who heroically sacrificed their lives, and thousands were injured.
