Also according to Mr. Nguyen Van Truong: "This is a level II civil work belonging to group B project, built on a land area of 2,999 m2 ; including 3 basements, 13 floors above ground and a technical attic with a total height of 52m; construction density of 60% and land use coefficient of 7.8 times. The total construction floor area of the project is about 28,888 m2 . The project is invested from the state budget with a total investment of more than 623 billion VND".
Ho Chi Minh City Women's Cultural House: Modern multifunctional complex
In general, the project is a modern multi-functional complex, a cultural space for women in Ho Chi Minh City; in addition, it is also a place to organize domestic and international cultural and artistic events and a training center, providing courses on soft skills, entrepreneurship, and financial management.
The spaces here are flexibly arranged, from the mass activity blocks with large and small halls and meeting rooms; the classroom block with multi-purpose training rooms, large and small classrooms, clubs, libraries, etc.; the professional work block; the administrative management block and auxiliary areas.
Overall, when the project comes into operation, it will be a modern multifunctional complex.
The project creates and preserves green space, contributing to creating landscape and improving the environment and climate.

In addition, the project also invested in a synchronous and complete technical infrastructure system such as a 7-zone elevator system; 1 cluster of 2 escalators with optimized solutions in architectural planning and construction engineering to maximize the favorable conditions and overcome some limitations of the land.
