Ho Chi Minh City commends 159 typical collectives and 62 individuals for "Skillful mass mobilization"

On November 19, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a conference to commend typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2025, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025).

The conference was attended by leaders of the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the presence of 159 collectives and 62 typical individuals of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" at the City level in 2025.

This is an opportunity for the city to evaluate the results of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization"; promptly reward, encourage and replicate typical examples so that the movement can develop more deeply, diversely and practically, attracting the active participation of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and people of all walks of life.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, said that during his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh once affirmed: "If mass mobilization is poor, everything will be poor. If mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful."

Inheriting and promoting his ideology on mass mobilization work, the political system at all levels in the city, especially after the reorganization, has had many innovations and creativity in methods and ways of working associated with promoting the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit".

Comrade Van Thi Bach Tuyet, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Comrade Nguyen Huy Ngoc, Head of Department 3 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, awarded Certificates of Merit to typical examples of skillful mass mobilization.

That has contributed to increasing people's trust in the Party and the State; mass mobilization work has achieved many practical results, contributing significantly to the construction of Ho Chi Minh City into a smart, sustainable city, a pioneer in digital transformation, green transformation, leading in innovation, aiming to become the economic , industrial and service center of the region.

Originating from the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", especially at the grassroots level, there have been many collectives and individuals with a sense of responsibility, dynamism, and creativity, despite different circumstances and tasks, who have continuously contributed to the good implementation of mass mobilization work, creating consensus and mobilizing resources from the people in carrying out the common political tasks of the city.

At the conference, to promptly encourage and reward, Ho Chi Minh City awarded Certificates of Merit to 159 collectives and 62 individuals who had outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled Civil Mobilization" in 2025.
