Tan Uyen City: Ready to start construction of education and training complex project (phase 1)

The investor has completed most of the important procedures such as detailed planning documents 1/500; environmental licensing documents; feasibility study reports; compensation and site clearance documents; project implementation guarantee deposit agreement; land allocation and lease application documents; fire prevention and fighting approval; construction permit documents. The remaining procedures are being urgently completed to ensure progress for the groundbreaking ceremony.

The Education and Training Complex Project has a total investment of 543 billion VND, of which the project implementation cost is about 472.7 billion VND, the site clearance compensation cost is about 21 billion VND, and the rest is contingency cost. The project meets the learning needs of about 4,150 students.
