Tan Uyen City: Ready to start construction of education and training complex project (phase 1)

According to the People's Committee of Tan Uyen City, it is expected that on May 19, in Thai Hoa Ward, the City People's Committee will coordinate with FPT Education Company Limited to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Education - Training Complex project (university, vocational training, high school, middle school, primary school) phase 1. Up to this point, preparations for the ceremony are being urgently deployed, ensuring the set progress.

The investor has completed most of the important procedures such as detailed planning documents 1/500; environmental licensing documents; feasibility study reports; compensation and site clearance documents; project implementation guarantee deposit agreement; land allocation and lease application documents; fire prevention and fighting approval; construction permit documents. The remaining procedures are being urgently completed to ensure progress for the groundbreaking ceremony.

The Education and Training Complex Project has a total investment of 543 billion VND, of which the project implementation cost is about 472.7 billion VND, the site clearance compensation cost is about 21 billion VND, and the rest is contingency cost. The project meets the learning needs of about 4,150 students.
