The delegation visited Mr. Nguyen Van Soan, a 4/4 war invalid residing in Xom Chieu ward. There, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc cordially inquired about Mr. Nguyen Van Soan's health, diet, and daily life. Mr. Soan currently lives with his wife and children. His wife is also a 3/4 war invalid.
On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc sent his gratitude and best wishes for good health, happiness, and well-being to Mr. Soan and his family.
The delegation also visited Mrs. Huynh Thi Tham, residing in Khanh Hoi ward. Mrs. Tham is a disabled veteran (category 4/4) and a sick veteran (category 3/3). Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc expressed his joy at seeing Mrs. Tham's health stable, her cheerful demeanor, and her energetic spirit.

Expressing gratitude for Ms. Tham's contributions to the country, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc wished her good health, a happy life, and continued dedication to the local community, contributing to the education of traditional values for the younger generation.

On the same day, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to Mr. Pham Dinh Toan, a resident of Vinh Hoi ward, a 4/4 war invalid and a resistance fighter who was captured and imprisoned by the enemy. Listening to Mr. Toan's stories about his time participating in the resistance, on behalf of the city's leadership, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc cordially inquired about his health and respectfully thanked Mr. Toan for his contributions to the national liberation cause, as well as his contributions to the locality in peacetime.
The delegation also visited and presented gifts to the family of Mrs. Tran Thi Thin, residing in Vinh Hoi ward. Mrs. Thin is the mother of Martyr Tran Nhat Tan. Currently, Mrs. Thin's health is poor; she is frequently ill and has poor eyesight, making her unable to travel.

In keeping with the tradition of remembering those who have contributed to the nation, at each place he visited, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc expressed that every year on July 27th, Ho Chi Minh City organizes delegations to visit those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution and exemplary policy beneficiary families. This is an activity of showing gratitude and appreciation, demonstrating the gratitude of the Party Committee, Government, and people of the City towards those who have contributed to the country.
Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc informed that the policy of showing gratitude and repaying those who have rendered meritorious service to the country is the highest policy of the Party and is always implemented comprehensively and regularly by the City.
Expressing his deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by wounded soldiers and families of policy beneficiaries for the national liberation revolution, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc affirmed that the city, its leaders, and its people will always remember their contributions. He also requested that the local authorities pay special attention to and carefully care for the material and spiritual well-being of these families.
