Admire the new modern school building of Van Lang University

The 10-storey international school building is the 5th project that Van Lang University has put into service for training and experience at the Education Complex located at 69/68 Dang Thuy Tram, Ward 13, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. According to information from the school, this project will officially be put into operation from the 2024-2025 school year, with the highlight being the floors serving learning facilities applying modern technology, especially specialized classrooms for two strong fields of Van Lang University: communication (Multimedia Communication, Public Relations) and design (Graphic Design, Digital Art Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design).

Committed to improving the standards and teaching and learning experiences for learners, the new Van Lang University building has a system of international standard classrooms with flexible scales from hundreds to thousands of students, a system of specialized practice rooms meeting international standards with a system of classrooms equipped with advanced technology for the media and design sectors, a complex sports area and convenient experiences that contribute to improving school life, contributing to building a comprehensiveeducational environment for learners.

Students majoring in media at this university are currently extremely excited with specialized classrooms and equipment such as production studios, converged newsrooms, PR Rooms, editing rooms, post-production rooms, screening rooms, etc. to meet the increasing learning needs in the field of media.

Similar to the Media major, Design students will enjoy a professional learning and creative space with modern functional rooms such as 3D printing room, project room, styling room, hologram room, lighting, international standard product display area,... suitable for the need to develop artistic thinking and practical skills.

Fulfilling the commitment that students continue to enjoy a dynamic and modern learning environment with many high-class facilities, the new lecture hall building has invested in other facilities such as self-study areas, spacious libraries, digital labs equipped with modern computers, a sports complex with a multi-purpose gymnasium of nearly 1,000m², combined with specialized sports rooms such as gym, yoga room, ballet room, chess room, ... upgrading the experience of school life.

Modern and classy facilities have long been the "brand highlight" and pride of Van Lang University. This university currently has 3 training facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, 2 dormitories, of which 1 modern dormitory with more than 1,000 accommodations is located right in the Van Lang Education Complex in Binh Thanh District. Van Lang University students in recent years have enjoyed Dentistry - Maxillofacial practice areas with leading equipment in Asia, hotel practice areas with high-class F&B services, Technology - Engineering practice areas, Finance - Banking simulation rooms, swimming pools built to Olympic standards, large halls, studios, VR-AR rooms, interactive classrooms... creating a difference for the learning experience at Van Lang.

In addition to the existing buildings, in 2024, Van Lang University held the topping-out ceremony of the International Building, the Health Sciences Building, the Engineering - Technology Building and the Innovation Center (R&D). These projects are expected to contribute to completing the comprehensive ecosystem, serving learners and the school's activities. Towards the 30th anniversary of its establishment, the journey to complete the Van Lang Education Complex is entering its final steps, with the goal of making Van Lang the "dream university" of Vietnamese and international students.

In terms of international rankings, Van Lang University achieved 4-star QS Stars standard in the first assessment in 2021, received FIBAA quality certification according to European standards and achieved the THE Impact Rankings sustainable development university ranking of Times Higher Education in 2024.
