The investment project for the construction and operation of the Doan Hung Industrial Park infrastructure is being implemented in the two communes of Doan Hung and Tay Coc, covering a total area of over 475 hectares with a total investment of over 185 million USD. Amata Group is committed to investing in the comprehensive development of the industrial park infrastructure, including factories, offices, loading docks, service areas, wastewater treatment plants, water supply, electricity, and telecommunications. The planned investment and operation will create a concentrated industrial park with multi-sector functions, utilizing high-tech, advanced, and environmentally friendly technologies; focusing on clean industries and minimizing industrial wastewater.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Somhatai Panichewa, CEO of Amata Group, expressed her gratitude for the attention and support of the leaders of Phu Tho province and local departments and agencies over the past time. Ms. Somhatai Panichewa stated that Amata is a leading industrial city development group in Thailand and globally , with over 40 subsidiaries and branches. To date, the Group has 9 integrated industrial city projects covering over 10,000 hectares; and over 1,400 multinational partners and clients. Annually, it creates over 300,000 jobs and contributes US$56 billion to the GDP of various countries. The Group has nearly 30 years of experience in Vietnam in the industrial real estate investment sector, with over 2,500 hectares of land currently under development. Phu Tho is the 5th locality in Vietnam where Amata Group has implemented investment projects.
Ms. Somhatai Panichewa affirmed that in the coming time, the Group will actively and proactively coordinate with local authorities and departments to expedite legal procedures related to land clearance and construction permits for the project; construct technical infrastructure; and promptly attract investment, striving to complete the project on schedule. The Group hopes that the provincial leaders will continue to pay attention to, support, and create favorable conditions for the project to be completed and put into operation soon.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong informed that, in recent years, Phu Tho province has strived to improve the investment and business environment, creating favorable conditions for investors to stabilize and develop production, gradually expanding scale and increasing production value. In 2025, despite many economic difficulties, Phu Tho still achieved an economic growth rate of 10.52%, the highest among the provinces in the Northern Midlands and Mountains. The significant contributions of investors and businesses played a crucial role in achieving these results.

Emphasizing that the issuance of the Investment Approval Decision and Investment Registration Certificate is only the beginning, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his hope that Amata Group would connect and cooperate closely with the provincial agencies, departments, and localities to ensure the project is implemented as quickly as possible. The province is committed to supporting the Group, directing relevant departments, agencies, and communes where the project is to expedite land clearance and complete other procedures as quickly as possible so that commercial land will be available for the project in 2026, attracting investors to start production and business activities.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed Amata Group to focus on attracting high-tech, environmentally friendly industries and projects to the Doan Hung Industrial Park, along with industries that generate high added value, which Phu Tho province is currently prioritizing.
