The family receiving support is Mrs. Pham Thi Nguyet, over 80 years old, a near-poor household in Hamlet 14, Hung Tien Commune. Mrs. Nguyet is living in a dilapidated house, and due to her children's difficult circumstances, they have not been able to help her renovate the house. To support Mrs. Nguyet in renovating her residence to be more solid, the Ninh Binh Friendship Volunteer Club has joined hands to contribute and mobilize additional support resources from benefactors to donate funds to Mrs. Nguyet. In addition, there is also support from Kim Son District Youth Union and local authorities. The total amount of money donated to Mrs. Nguyet's family is nearly 60 million VND.
Over the years, the Ninh Binh Friendship Volunteer Club has always tried to connect, support the repair and construction of new houses for disadvantaged households in the province. In particular, in 2025, the movement "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" is considered by the Ninh Binh Friendship Volunteer Club as one of the 5 key activities in response to the movement "I love my Fatherland" launched by the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province. To carry out this movement, up to now, the Ninh Binh Friendship Volunteer Club has connected with philanthropists to support 3 households with housing difficulties.
By the end of 2025, the Club strives to connect and support new construction and repairs for 7-10 households in difficult circumstances.
