Awarding early retirement decisions to 03 Deputy Directors of the Department

At the Conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on early retirement according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government, from September 1, 2025 for Mr. Phan Minh Tung - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training and Ms. Ho Thi My Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance. At the same time, the decision to resign according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government from September 1, 2025 was announced for Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Conference Overview

Comrade Phan Minh Tung - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, born on November 25, 1969, joined the work since September 1990, joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on November 5, 2003, he has spent more than 35 years working at agencies and units: Tay Ninh Viet Xo Electromechanical School, Hoang Le Kha Specialized School, Provincial Continuing Education Center, Department of Education and Training in the positions of Specialist, Chief Inspector, Deputy Director of the Department.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh presented the retirement decision to comrade Phan Minh Tung.

Comrade Ho Thi My Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, born on May 22, 1973, joined the work since July 1996, joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on April 28, 2009, she has spent more than 29 years working at agencies and units of the Department of Finance in the positions of Specialist, Deputy Head of Budget Management Department, Chief of Office of the Department, Head of Investment Finance Department and Deputy Director of the Department.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh presented the retirement decision to comrade Ho Thi My Phuong.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, born on November 16, 1975, joined the work since January 1999, joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on April 10, 2009, she has spent more than 26 years working at agencies and units of the Center for Technology and Technology Transfer, Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, Department of Science and Technology in the positions of Deputy Chief of Office of the Department, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Science Management Department, Deputy Director of the Department.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh presented the resignation decision to comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh respectfully acknowledged and commended the great contributions of the three comrades Phan Minh Tung, Ho Thi My Phuong and Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen during their working years. Looking back at their working process, no matter what position they held, the three comrades always upheld the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, dedication, exemplary behavior, internal solidarity, maintained political will, excellently completed all assigned tasks, and made many important contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
