The conference announced and presented the decision of the Military Region 9 Command on the retirement of cadres according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and the promotion of military ranks and salary increases for cadres under the policy for 220 comrades who are cadres, officers, and professional soldiers of agencies and units of the provincial armed forces. Of which, 135 comrades were presented at the Defense Command of Region 2 - Long Xuyen; 85 comrades were presented at the Provincial Military Command.
