Providing breeding goats to poor households in Keng Du is an important step in the effort to promote livestock farming, improve income, and improve the quality of life of people in the border area, where economic development is still difficult. In addition to the breeding goats worth 36 million VND, households are also supported with initial food and vaccines worth 10 million VND to care for the goats' growth.

Giving goats helps poor households have more resources to develop livestock farming, thereby improving their income and living conditions. This support motivates people to develop agricultural production, towards self-sufficiency and improving household economic poverty. This activity also demonstrates close coordination between organizations, contributing to building solidarity in the community. It encourages sharing of experiences and mutual assistance among households. Along with providing goats, authorities can organize training courses on livestock farming techniques and disease prevention for livestock, thereby improving people's knowledge and skills, contributing to improving livestock farming efficiency. This is one of the important solutions to help reduce poverty sustainably in the locality. Increasing income from livestock farming contributes significantly to improving the quality of life of ethnic minorities. When people's economic life is improved, it will promote the general socio-economic development of Keng Du commune, creating conditions for the following support policies to be implemented more effectively. On this occasion, the Farmers' Association of Ky Son district organized a technical training course on "Raising commercial goats in the direction of biosafety" in 2024 for people in the commune./.
