Over 1,000 working days to support people in removing temporary and dilapidated houses

Responding to the movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, recently, the youth union members in the area have contributed thousands of working days to support families in difficult circumstances to build and repair houses.

Delegates and youth union members performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a charity house and awarded scholarships to children in Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province.

With the spirit of youth volunteerism, in recent days, the youth union members in the whole province have helped poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances move furniture, dismantle old houses, transport materials, etc., contributing to speeding up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. Currently, the whole province has established 150 youth volunteer teams with the participation of more than 3,000 youth union members ready to support people in building and repairing houses.

The house is under construction, demonstrating the cooperation of youth union members and organizations supporting households in difficult circumstances.

Since the beginning of 2025, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union has also connected and mobilized resources to support families to build new and repair 64 temporary and dilapidated houses with resources of more than 480 million VND, and at the same time mobilized youth union members to contribute over 1,000 working days to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for policy families and households in difficult circumstances./.
