- During 2 days (October 21 and 22), Lang Son Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Institute for Research and Development of Local Human Resources, Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations to organize a conference to train knowledge and skills for presenters and members of the Executive Board of the "Leaders of Change" Clubs in 2025.

The conference was attended by over 100 delegates who were presenters and members of the Executive Board of the "Leaders of Change" Clubs in 21 communes in the province.

At the conference, delegates were trained and equipped with basic knowledge on gender and gender equality; skills in operating and organizing activities for the "Leaders of Change" Club in schools and communities; and ways to organize creative communication activities.

In addition, the delegates were assigned to organize a meeting program, disseminate legal education ; a festival, and a golden bell contest for the "Leaders of Change" Clubs in 2025.

Through the training conference, the aim is to equip the Club "Leaders of Change" with knowledge and skills in operating and organizing activities to meet the mission requirements of Project 8 "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent problems for women and children" by 2025.
