Implementing the Prime Minister's Directive on ensuring quality for the 2025-2026 school year

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just directed the Department of Education and Training and relevant units to urgently implement Directive No. 26/CT-TTg dated September 15, 2025 of the Prime Minister on strengthening conditions to ensure education quality.

Mobilize all investment resources to ensure equity in access to education .

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested units to base on practical situations to issue plans to implement decentralized and delegated tasks; perfect the organization of the education management apparatus according to the 2-level local government model, ensuring smoothness and efficiency; and at the same time, supplement policies and resources to carry out educational tasks in the 2026 - 2030 period.

The province focuses on allocating sufficient staff, recruiting and training teachers, especially in digital technology application skills, innovating teaching methods; improving the capacity of civil servants in charge of education at the commune level. At the same time, prioritizing the mobilization of resources to invest in facilities, schools, subject classrooms, libraries, toilets, teaching equipment, overcoming the shortage of schools; paying special attention to disadvantaged areas, borders, and islands to ensure fairness in access to education.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also directed to strengthen the inspection and examination of financial revenues and expenditures in schools, ensuring publicity and transparency; coordinate with the health sector to prevent epidemics, ensure food hygiene and safety; synchronously deploy solutions to prevent school violence, and ensure school safety.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise on the development of a Directive of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening conditions to ensure quality, in accordance with practical situations, feasible and in accordance with regulations.
