Deploying VNPT software - iOffice

On May 13, 2016, the Provincial Ethnic Committee coordinated with the Information Center, the Provincial People's Committee Office and Cao Bang Telecommunications to organize a training course on the deployment of the VNPT - iOffice Document Management and Operation System software for all civil servants of the Committee.

The training content includes two main contents: Introduction to the Document Management and Operation System; Practice of software management and usage processes.

The training course aims to provide and equip basic knowledge and skills so that civil servants in the agency have the ability to apply them effectively to each individual's work position.

Attending the training session, Mr. Le Thanh Lam - Director of the Information Center, Office of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the serious learning spirit of the civil servants of the Ethnic Minority Committee, and also hoped that after the training session, the civil servants would try to apply it to their professional work, contributing to the success in implementing the Plan for applying information technology in state agencies and the Plan for building e-Government according to the province's regulations./.
