The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions organizes training and fostering for commune-level officials to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas by 2025.

Implementing Plan No. 524/KH-UBND dated February 27, 2025 of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province on training to improve capacity for communities and officials at all levels to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2025 in Cao Bang province.

In order to equip commune-level cadres and civil servants with knowledge about the implementation process of sub-projects, projects, and component contents of the Program; the process of skills as an investor; skills on community development and other related contents for grassroots cadres implementing the Program. From July 15 to July 17, 2025, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Cao Bang province organized 03 training courses for commune-level cadres and civil servants (according to the new government model) to implement the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2025. with a total of nearly 200 trainees attending. Attending the opening ceremony and directing the dissemination of the training course content were leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of the province. During the training, the trainees were conveyed by a team of experienced reporters on key contents such as: Regulations on support content, sample documents, procedures for selecting projects, plans, production plans, selecting ordering units in implementing production development support activities under the Program; supervision skills during the construction implementation process of the construction unit and the work of receiving the project after completion; detailed instructions on the form of construction investment project management documents implemented according to Decision No. 19/QD-UBND dated August 21, 2023 of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province. The training focuses on practical skills in the form of "hands-on, hands-on" training, minimizing theoretical lectures, with the aim that after the training course, trainees can immediately apply them to practical work in their localities./.
