Ensure the safest finals

The Organizing Committee of the final round of the 50th Hanoi Moi Newspaper Run - For Peace 2025 said that it had made the most careful preparations, especially regarding security and medical work to ensure the best safety for athletes and participants of the race taking place at 7 a.m. on Sunday (September 28), at Ba Kieu Temple area and around Hoan Kiem Lake.

According to Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Xuan Tai, the Hanoi Moi Newspaper Run - For Peace is an annual tournament, a traditional activity, so the preparation work did not encounter many difficulties. The Organizing Committee, in which the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and Hanoi Moi Newspaper are the two standing agencies, has proactively coordinated closely with relevant departments, agencies and sectors for more than a month to organize the race safely and successfully.

The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has also sent documents and assigned staff to work directly with relevant departments and branches, such as: Health , Police, Information and Communications, Construction, Electricity... to prepare for the tournament.

Accordingly, the police agency is familiar with the tasks, remote traffic control as well as on-site force arrangement. The Construction Industry prepares 2 mobile toilets and police force to protect order and traffic flow during the final competition.

A representative of the Hanoi Department of Health said that the Department will quickly deploy tasks to ensure good health care and safety for athletes in the final competition. Hanoi Moi newspaper has also built a map of the locations of the units, and coordinated with the Hanoi Department of Health to arrange medical tents near the finish line.

With careful preparation and ready backup plans, the participating teams can be completely assured about the care of athletes in this year's final competition.
