Submit to the Government decrees on the construction of financial centers

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Justice has developed and submitted to the Government a Decree on the establishment and operation of financial centers.

At the same time, the Ministry of Justice has reviewed 5/7 drafts of other agencies. This information was given at the Legal Framework Seminar on International Financial Center in Vietnam organized by the Ministry of Justice.

According to experts, a legal environment that is transparent, stable, predictable, aligned with international practices and flexible enough to adapt to changes in global financial technology is an important factor to ensure the success of an international financial center.

The legal framework can be designed in a way that is reasonably separate from the national legal system, accompanied by the design of a separate Court or tribunal; at the same time, it must also include preferential tax and immigration policies that are favorable for attracting high-quality human resources.

The management of financial technology models such as the sandbox testing mechanism with fintech and the crypto asset trading mechanism must also be in harmony and consistent with other legal regulations.
